The easy to use dashboard is my favorite part, it makes it easy for even the most novice of users to create a form. Support for this plugin is awesome as well, I've had a few small issues come up over the last year and they've responded very quickly. I'm able to extend WPForms to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes for WPForms. I would, however, like to see the ability to add multiple Stripe accounts with the ability to assign different forms to different Stripe accounts. I have a few clients that could benefit from this option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used a lot of WP form plugins. This is *the best*. My favorite item is the seamless Zapier integration. I tried to use Salesforce native web-to-lead program and that did not work at all with the level of complexity that I needed, so I tried several other wordpress form based plugins like Contact Form 7 and others - but ran into roadblock after roadblock in getting the synchronization correct. When I switched to WPForms, again, for their 2 specific features of multi-step forms and integration into Zapier, everything changed, and within a day I was able to get virtually everything working properly. It's a little pricey - but honestly, still worth it. TBH not very much about this software that I dislike or that I would not recommend to others looking to get a solid wordpress framework for form creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been contemplating which WP form provider i should use. I am a previous Ninja Forms user and have now jumped ship having read the reviews and the ease of usability and most importantly WPForms were providing the same services but for a much better price. The ability that wpforms gives to create a wide variety of forms that are able to be embedded into my wordpress pages. I love the fact that i can add paypal payment forms as well. WPForms has a nice and intuitive dashboard. What I like the most is that it's based on dropping and dragging items, allowing novice users to create forms. With this extension you can also easily insert the forms to the pages since they generate a short and easy to add code. Also, it is very easy to install since it is located in the WordPress directory. On the other hand, I also highlight that it is compatible with all versions of WP, even the most recent ones. WPforms saves me a lot of time. Easy to install, easy to configure and an intuitive interface. My clients like to use it in case they want to manage entries in the back-end. WPForms also excels in customer support. The support is extremely fast in helping when you run into limitations or when you have technical problems. But most of the times, you can have your problem solved through the very well written documentation or by simply asking in the Facebook User Group.

WPForms allows a limited list of integrations with third parties, but can solve most of the connections needed through a Zapier connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you are looking for a very specific way of setting up a form, you can run into certain limits. Adding custom html or photos in the form is rather limited. It would make a lot of sense to have some basic calculations options added. When building a basic order form, a better way to change the number of products (and calculate the price) would make a lot of sense.

When using photos in a form, WPforms stores the full path in the database. This is not practical when moving a website from a staging to production environment. Though this is a common pain with Wordpress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use, functionality & integrations. The forms can be customized for whatever you need and also offer TONS of integrations and functionality for Email Marketing, Payment Gateways and more. There isn't anything I can't do with WP Forms. Conditional logic of questions and responses is an awesome feature, as is being able to set questions in a row using columns and column widths. I'd make it a little more friendly for non coders/developers to customize the styles. It's still pretty simple to do with a little CSS know-how, but I think it could be easier. I couple it with Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder and can style them pretty much any way I like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using WPForms for about a month now, and it has eliminated the number of spam submissions we receive. We used to get a ton of spam through our forms when using other form creation tools, and we haven't gotten any since implementing WPForms on our site. Plus, WPForms was very easy to use, even to create custom forms, its drag and drop interface was intuitive, and typing in custom choices was easy-peasy. I highly recommend it! So far, there hasn't been a downside to their software, we've used it to build a basic contact form, and a custom estimate request form and both the custom form and the basic custom form were easy to create taking much less time (and way less effort) than the old form generator that we were using. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the cost--we only have the basic plan which limits some of the features. We could utilize some of the pro features if we upgraded but it's not really necessary for us to do so with our current business so not really worth it for us. We also would have to pay the full cost again to upgrade, there isn't an option to apply the cost we've already paid to the full pro price, which would be nice should we choose to upgrade (just an idea for better customer service to the WPForms folks). The conditionals feature was the best part for me, along with the ability to have selections for multiple different email addresses depending on the conditional selection of a drop down or multiple choice field. Having the ability to automatically route emails to the appropriate teams instead of managing that myself has been so much better than our previous form building tool. There's not much to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing that I am not a HUGE fan of - again it's nitpicky - but the inability to use certain fields without paying additionally for them is kind of a pain. That being said, I have not had to use ANY of those fields yet and all the base fields that come with the form builder are great and matched exactly what I needed to begin with.
