Not recommended for big and heavy form. Even the form taking too much loading time after using 15-20 conditional fields. I have contacted with them many times but didn’t provide my any working solution. Breaking the form into 4/5 small form is not a solution for that. Totally waste of money. I have more that 400 conditional fields.

WPForms excell in their functionality. The number of options you get after the install is great. I really like the inteligent functions of gradual revealing fields based on the user input, number of available integrations like Google sheets connection which really works, Zappier, Brevo, Stripe and more. Additional bonus is the ease of use as I develop the page for the client, creating a brief how to guide and then they controll the submissions by themself or some of them editing their forms. Additional bonus is responsive customer support, which is fast in understanding the issue providning the best solution. WPForms is simple and straightforward, without uneccessary features that complicate things. Before using WPForms, I was using GiveWP which gave me a giant headache and their tech support was unhelpful. I did some new research and decided to use WPForms. One of the best decisions I made. WPForms provided clear configuration instructions and promptly answered all the questions I had. Within a few days, I had everything set up and running smoothly. It conflicts with the Divi Builder Theme, so I cannot customizethe page hosting the embedded forms with this visual builder or the credit card fields vanish. Though WPForms tech support did some troubleshooting for me and informed me that the problem was on the Divi end, it was a slight inconveniece. WPForms is still much better than GiveWP.
