I particularly like the WP Forms SMTP add on feature for WP emails, super easy to track emails in my Ultimate member site. The import/export feature and logs are also helpful. What I like the most is that it's based on dropping and dragging items, allowing novice users to create forms. With this extension you can also easily insert the forms to the pages since they generate a short and easy to add code. Also, it is very easy to install since it is located in the WordPress directory. On the other hand, I also highlight that it is compatible with all versions of WP, even the most recent ones. The only thing I dislike about WPForms is its price that I consider is a bit high, considering that there are other options in the WordPress directory that are completely free and with similar features. In the past we used to show our email in the footer of our website, but most of the time we did not receive messages, as the process of copying the address and pasting it into your email application was cumbersome. We currently create forms with WPForms, where customers can send us messages directly from our website, which has greatly increased the number of messages they send us.
