I just love the customer service and how there is constant innovation in making it easier and better for customers. All my sites use WPForms which is far superior to similar products out there. Sorting out the SMTP plugin and differentiating between where I need that to work, or a pro version of that, vs a WPForms upgrade, was difficult for me as an amateaur.
