The Customer Support was amazing. **What do you dislike about WPBakery?** Some features are a little counter-intuitive, like equal column height in rows, but its easy to figure out. **What problems is WPBakery solving and how is that benefiting you?** WPBakery was the solution to a difficult situtation. Our agency inherited management of a website that had been built with ACF. The original developer held the license and had all fields locked so the client could not edit their website. We installed WPBakery and it integrated beautifully with ACF, allowing us to redesign the homepage with ease. In the end, there was an alignment issue with the mobile responsive design due to the locked website settings, but we contacted WPBakery Support for help and they were very responsive. They looked at the site and provided a custom CSS solution. It worked perfectly.
