"Pay as you go"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WP Umbrella?

The best thing is, I only pay per websites connected to WP Umbrella. If I loose a client I don't have to pay for the connection for eg 6 months. It is easy to set up and use. It is so nice to have a single login for all the websites I'm managing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

When there was a redesign of the customerreports I lost all my customization from the old report and I had to start over designing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An amazing solution for freelancers that offer maintenance plans."

What do you like best about WP Umbrella?

I have worked with many other solutions like MainWP, InfiniteWP, WP Remote, iThemes Sync, WP Timecapsule and others. I even own lifetime licenses to three of them but I chose WP Umbrella because it is fast, has a great price, a clean and beautiful interface and a promising roadmap. What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

Not much, it is very new, so not every possible feature is there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clean dashboard, backup functionality, easy on-boarding, straight forward pricing that scales as your needs increase or decrease, great support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

Still new, not as much functionality or offerings as more established companies. Payment offers scalability but no option to just pay upfront for months/sites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best tool to rule all your WP sites"
5/5
What do you like best about WP Umbrella?

It's a modern interface with all the features you need - not more, not less. The support responded within minutes, and we can see that the software is continuously improving and will get even better in the future. We shifted all our websites from ManageWP to WP Umbrella and couldn't be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

It would be great if I could manage users in one account, so not everybody on the team sees every site that we currently manage. But I'm sure this will change in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can't live without it !"
5/5
What do you like best about WP Umbrella?

I have tried several tools to manage all my client's sites, that one is the most UI friendly, the most practical with a lot of functionalities, and easy to set up. The support is super fast, competent and efficient. The Wordpress plugin is also very lightweight with just the API to set up, no extra settings, everything is under the Umbrella Dashboard. And on top of this, the price is affordable, allowing us to use the tool on all my sites. A freelance tool that became essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

Not much, I guess I would add just one thing: add rules for notifications about specific events on the site. I would also add Cloudways to the list of hosting providers :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fantastic proactive WordPress management tool that's a joy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about WP Umbrella?

As a fresh newcomer to the WordPress management scene, WP Umbrella does not disappoint. Its interface is clean, uncluttered, loads quickly and is easy to navigate. There is a PHP error feature that I haven't seen in competitors which I love. This helps us identify potential issues and fix them proactively before they snowball into larger problems. Their transparent pricing is attractive and makes it much easier to project costs. Hourly backups are necessary for mission-critical like e-commerce stores, and it is included as part of the standard offering, which is impressive. I like the Google PageSpeed and response metrics as it helps us quickly filter slow-loading websites under management and improve their performance as part of our service offering. The white labelling features for the plugin and reports are excellent. WP Umbrella's support team are highly responsive, passionate and cares about its users. They are receptive to their users' input, pushing fixes and introducing new features at a rapid pace. There is a lot to look forward to on their roadmap. I have been a long-term user of ManageWP and thoroughly tested at least 3 other options before settling on WP Umbrella and won't be looking back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Umbrella?

There's not much to dislike, but as with all early generation apps, there are only minor issues. To prevent the illusion of persistent errors, PHP error counters in the interface should be zeroed once they have been marked as fixed. I would like to see the ability to upload custom covers for white labelled reports. If certain plugins and themes are unlicensed, it would be useful to mark them to be ignored for updates. This would allow us to easily identify and inform clients of the need to obtain licenses to ensure optimal maintenance. I already know one-click backup restoration will be released at any time, and they are working on the rest. Considering their rapid pace of development and commitment, all these features would be available within a short timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
