We are a web agency that manages dozens of sites.

We were using ManageWP and switched to WP Umbrella 1 month ago.

We are delighted with this choice for the following reasons:

- Speed: each connection to ManageWP was hell, extremely long. Even just to collect the monthly bill we had to endure this extremely long connection to all the sites. From this point of view, WP Umbrella is much much faster... there is no doubt!!

- The user interface is much nicer, the information is clear and the management of all sites is much easier

- WP Umbrella appears to be a small company. Access to support is easy, responses are quick, and it is the developer who provides the answers. And what's more, he seems to be very nice!

- The product seems to evolve regularly. With ManageWP we have not seen any functional improvement during use of the product. WP Umbrella has a roadmap with regular developments. I may be able to confirm after several months of use in another review!!

- And also… As a French company we are happy to collaborate with a French service provider!

So obviously, at this stage of our use, I strongly recommend the use of WP Umbrella.

We also need to talk about the price. Of course, there is no free plan, no options... but it is very clear: one price / all features. Ultimately, it's a good thing, it means we don't have to make any concessions!!

It has all the tools I need to monitor and maintian my portfolio of websites.

At the time of signing up, they didn't have any mointoring locations near our East Coast (Canada & US), causing our response times to look high.

They have an outstanding and clean interface. Everything is really easy to find and the different pages aren't clustered with unnecessary information. They already provide you with the most useful tools (1-click login, updates, security, pagespeed, reports, ...) and are still developing actively.
