WP Umbrella is the one of the new and more inovative solutions for WordPress website maintenance. I've been very impressed by the overall experiences and number of features as well as how well WP Umbrella listens to the needs of their customers. I'm also impressed with how quickly they have been adding new features and improving upon existing features.

WP Umbrella is also very easy to setup and use. The interface is lighweight and intuitive. Customer support has always been very responsive and helpful. They have a system for feature requests and actually make updates regularly! The backups work very well and I've restored several websites from backups without any issue. Restoring has been a very smooth process which is a big deal.
