As a designer, I like the clean design of the dashboard. One look and I know what the state of all my sites is.

I'm happy WP-Umbrella exists. Now I can see how healthy and up-to-date my sites are. And glad to have an extra backup-system.

I like it when things go smoothly. It's easy to use and less buggy and heavy than for instance MainWP.

I'm a designer in the first place so I don't like it when it gets too techie.

I love the super quick support. I had a backup problem and it was solved with the next update.

And even my small UX adjustment was taken seriously and implemented right away.

WP Umbrella is great. Hands down the best WordPress website management tool you can use today. The white-label features are excellent to brand (or) hide the plugin, the report style is excellent and the user interface has both a nice modern design and more importantly is fast with a visual progress bar for updates. WP Umbrella is relatively new so there's not the entire ManageWP feature set currently but the most important features are prioritised in the roadmap and the support is excellent. They are more than happy to take on your feedback and more importantly quickly implement fixes or additions based on your preferences. That's the kind of support that I never saw from ManageWP. It's extremely refreshing to finally have a WordPress management tool that has a team behind it who actually wants to improve their product. Out of all the other platforms out there, we've found WP Umbrella to be the most stable and handles updates and backups effortlessly. I simply love the easy-to-use dashboard built on a modern tech stack, and it's very stable. I never had any issues ever! It has everything you need to ensure your WordPress and your client's sites are taken care of - backup, updates, security, monitoring, they've got it all. The founders Aurelio & Thomas take every feedback critically and they have brought massive updates over the past year.

Having used MangeWP for the last 5+ years, we explored other WordPress website management tools and found WP Umbrella. Whilst a relatively new company in the WordPress website management field, we have found everything about WP Umbrella fantastic. From signing up for the free trial to managing websites on a daily basis with the clean, intuitive dashboard, we have had a great experience. We are so impressed by the features, ease of use, white label plugin (to install on client websites) and the birds-eye view of our client's websites health, backups, issues, performance and pending updates.

As for the customer support from WP Umbrella, the team behind the scenes are incredible. We had a small issue that their support team went above and beyond to resolve very quickly, even pushing out a patch to the plugin so that other users wouldn't encounter the same problem! I cannot thank the team enough for their support and dedication to their product.

The current feature set includes everything you would need to manage and maintain your websites. Whilst not as feature-rich (yet!) as some of the companies that have been doing this for many years, the WP Umbrella team are consistently improving the platform and has a good roadmap which details upcoming new features.

One of the most compelling reasons for us moving our client websites to WP Umbrella was the clear pricing. Each website costs just $1.99 / month. As simple as that! One of our main issues with ManageWP that we had was the lack of clear pricing. There was an additional price for white labelling, daily backups, uptime monitoring and performance checks etc. With WP Umbrella you know exactly what each website will cost you each month.
