Competent and very helpful staff to solve problems, answer questions about the current and future software: thank you Boris and Aurelio. The dashboard has a very easy and intuitive UI and UX: with a glance you have all the sites under control. Alert emails are very useful as is the possibility of making scheduled backups and sending reports with the health status of the site, both in terms of performance and updates. Given the roadmap of future updates we will certainly see some good ones, such as the possibility of having public APIs for the integration of third-party software (jira, slack, etc) or customized software.
