What do you like best about WP Engine?

What do you like best about WP Engine?

Apps and products show up at convenient times as links within other apps and are easy to obtain. reviews and comments are positve in tone. Support is responsive and courteous. The customer experience is important to them. Knowing their products and how their customers deploy them and wanting to improve upon themselves using that synergy. What do you like best about WP Engine?

Exceptional support staff. The responses given were personal and detailed to the situation at hand. Migrating my site was a super simple task. There were only a few, slight bugs in the process, but they were easily squashed by the amazing support team. I do greatly appreciate that they are well trained to Europe and U.S. standards, making communication also a breeze.

Also, any changes I needed made that I did not have access to were done promptly by their team. I mainly needed WPEngine due to its ease of setup in a multisite environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Engine?

Not much here to be honest. I think the plugins are not needed as their are cheaper alternatives available, but otherwise very great experience, and our old site that we migrated received ~2 second increase for FPL and massively increased our LPL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every time there's a new account manager, they hit me up with emails about "problems with my account usage," which, in the past, led me to agree to calls with them that culminated in an attempt to upsell me to a higher-priced package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WP Engine?

I appreciate that WP Engine provides a secure platform with protection against DDoS attacks and no hacking incidents, which is important for my WordPress website. I also like that WP Engine is easy to use, with a focus on ease of use and stability, making it reliable for managing my site.
