1) The account dashboard is super easy to use (tasks like backing up, restoring, copying to Staging, etc)

Their local development app ate my website and from what I can read has frequent bugs that impact core functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

I tried to push from local to development and found out there was a recently released bug that was breaking this. Downloaded an update that was supposed to fix it, and my local site was missing a lot of data from the db.

We are a company hosting multiple websites (all on WordPress), and WP Engine provides a single portal to create, manage and access all our sites. Not just that, they provide additional staging and development environments for each site that can be used to test new features/content on the site before they are made live. WP Engine also provides various other capabilities like seamless switching of PHP environments, domain mapping, CDN, SSL, caching, etc. It's a one-stop solution for all your managed WordPress hosting needs. What do you like best about WP Engine?

The digital product agency that I started has been using WP Engine for the past 8 years and has hosted over 100 sites on their platform spread out over various client accounts. WP Engine is my all-time favorite web hosting provider that provides top-notch WordPress hosting services. Their cutting-edge technology, excellent customer support, and security features make it easy for us to manage and scale our WordPress sites.

We're particularly impressed with how easy it is to spin up testing, staging, and production sites on WP Engine, which makes it convenient for us to test and deploy new features or updates on client sites.

As an agency, we also appreciate WP Engine's partnership program, which offers exceptional resources, benefits, and marketing opportunities for agencies. Our account manager, Levi Warner, and community manager Michael Oh have done an excellent job leading the agency partnerships program, and their commitment to supporting agency partners is evident in everything they do.
