What do you like best about WP Engine?

We host all of our client's websites with WP Engine. It's quick and easy to set up a WordPress development environment, and managing it after launch is a breeze. WP Engine's excellent 24/7 customer service has yet to leave us hanging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Engine?

For newcomers, the leap in subscription pricing may be a bit much for some. There are definitely cheaper hosting options out there, minus the suite of WP Engine's robust features. The dashboard navigation takes a second to get acquainted with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found that when applying updates in the dev site any new data that has come through the production site is lost through that short period.
