Leaving the candidate on their own to review and answer their technical test is a hit, but the company wants to reduce the altered answers or the plagiarism in their answer, but sending a PDF with questions won't help them to detected if any of the AI tools were used. But with Woven everything above is solved. They track the analysis and technical capacity of each candidate with timing and even with AI filters.
