In the real world you rarely need to think about these things. Woven way they asses candidates using real world practical examples, that great for the candidates, and employers for assessing candidates. I liked how they screened for real world communication skills too, with a bug description/reply to customer support and another developer about how to fix a bug. Ive never seen this type of question asked, and it's a great opportunity for candidates to stand out from the crowd passed technical skills. **What do you dislike about Woven?** I can't think of much. The instructions for the debugging/communication skills section could have been a bit more clear for candidates. I didn't know when doing that problem, you can't see a lot of the code, and need to print messages to figure out the bug. The simulations were based on real practical skills needed for the job. Autocomplete feature is best which allows the developers to write code efficiently similar to IDE's like Visual Studio 2022. Besides completing the solution, the assessment does focus on developer notes to understand his/her mindset while working on a solution. Platform does provide questions level timers to know how much time is left and I can even take breaks between two tasks which is great as I had to drink water in between and utilized it.
