I think it was super nice how the web page refreshed automatically with changes, etc. I think it's good they allow you to look things up on stack overflow, etc. I genuinely agree that people should be tested on their own merits without AI. The timeboxed setup expedited the process, and the platform was simple to use. If they are using AI with this process then i'm blown away by the advancement of such. But i believe they are using real software engineers to evaluate how you did on the test. This is really, really helpful, I can't stress that enough, most testing platforms just kind of leave you in the dust specially if you did not pass or if you performed poorly, but woven? It seems they genuinely care about the well-being of the applicants and try to do this extra step to improve and help the applicant. In my opinion this is what sets them apart from industry competitors. **What do you dislike about Woven?** This is not really a dislike but i think it's just something they can improve, although this one is arguable as can probably introduce some sort of conflict. I just wished they include in their feedback the top/recommended solutions that their engineers deemeed was appropriate so us job applicants can learn about the quality the industry needs in order to succeed on such position. **What problems is Woven solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me as a job applicant, it eliminated the awkwardness of coding a problem while the interviewer is on the video looking/commenting on each line of code you are typing. Seeing the interviewers real time facial reaction each time you try to type something which probably is not inline (yet!) to the interviewers expectation makes my anxiety go through the roof. I have no problem with testing, i can go to a facility on an isolated room and code there and i'll be fine, live coding on a video interview on the other hand just feels different. could just be a me problem though. ### 18.
