Voice bot support with Indian numbers, SDK-based chatbot integration, and occasional automation workflows stopping midway were challenges. Before WotNot, most of our customer queries were handled with limited AI support, resulting in slower response times and heavy dependency on human agents. With WotNot, we built and scaled TIA along with multiple AI-driven workflows to automate enquiry capture, intent routing, follow-ups, online villa booking, and ticketing system. This reduced manual support dependency by 40–45%, improved response times, enabled 24/7 availability, and helped us maintain a 4.6 CSAT while efficiently scaling conversation volumes. We’ve been using WotNot as the chat interface layer for a custom AI-powered ecommerce assistant, and overall it’s been a solid platform. The visual bot builder is intuitive and easy for non-technical teammates to manage basic flows and copy changes. Live chat + human handoff is reliable and straightforward to configure. Webhook/API integrations are the strongest part of the platform — they make it possible to plug WotNot into a custom backend and external AI logic, which is critical for advanced use cases. The best thing about WotNot is how seamlessly the WotNot platform integrates with our tools. Their support team is also incredibly responsive and always ready to resolve any queries we have. What problems is WotNot solving and how is that benefiting you? Wotnot is helping us address our customer support challenges by allowing us to route tickets through the Wotnot bot. Tickets that require agent intervention are seamlessly handed over to our system for resolution by a human agent. At present, all three of our brands are operating with the Wotnot bot, and it manages about 60% of incoming queries, while the remaining queries are handled by human agents after handover. We were looking for a WhatsApp chatbot solution that can also be scaled on Facebook or on our website. We wanted a solution that can easily be integrated with our database, something that is easy for anyone to set up and manage, without a consistent dev support. The combo between WotNot's features and WhatsApp flows was the winner for us. Take this and add an extraordinary customer support, super proactive and helpful and you get a really good customer experience.
