What do you like best about WotNot?

I am awed by their implementation teams' dedication and responsiveness to getting our project executed. Our project with them also involved our IT partner, with whom they smoothly coordinated to deliver everything within the said timeline. What do you dislike about WotNot?

Honestly, I have not found any major flaw in their product or performance that I would point out. The same goes for their implementation team, who worked in a flawless manner to get work done on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WotNot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to collect feedback from thousands of patients visiting our clinics across Saudi Arabia in a non-intrusive way. This was very important to us as we were gearing towards a massive expansion and didn’t want to compromise on our standardization of services across all our clinics.

Using their outbound bots, we are proactively reaching out to 1000+ patients visting our clinics each day, and the inbound bots collect feedback on their experience in a personalized manner. WotNot built a custom logic specially for us so that the questions that were to be asked were fetched dynamically from our HIS system. All the data collected was also securely sent to our HIS in an encrypted manner for analysis and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable solutions with good programming structure"

What do you like best about WotNot?

WotNot is best suited for the programming of complex program structures. Sub-flows can be inserted within a flow at any level, thus making allowing engineers and programmers to situate themselves with nice programming ethics. This principle also allows easy and fast debugging. Furthermore, WotNot team is very flexible. Its technical support team is very collaborative and helpful. What do you dislike about WotNot?

The configuration of bots during their deployments is quite hectic for first-timers. The information panel is not fully described and tutorials and hardly available on the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using WotNot to implement an automated chatbot to provide assistance to our clients, scattered in 125 countries all over the globe, for the first and second levels of electromechanical maintenance of our products. What do you like best about WotNot?

WotNot programming allows you to create sub-flows in a flow, therefore helping to maintain good programming ethics. In the event of debugging, the programmer can easily situate himself among all the blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super professional & friendly no-code chatbot platform with an amazing support team!"

What do you like best about WotNot?

Beside the fact I have been using few similar software's and WotNot is one of the best and my favorite chatbot for almost 1 year. I want specifically mention the no-code chatbot builder interface, chatbot analytics dashboard and their support team.
