If you are looking for a chatbot platform like I was, which is simple and easy to use, WotNot is by-far the best in the segment. It’s interface is far far better when compared to the competition and being from an engineering background I can say that it is 100% no-code and built with a good user experience in mind.

I was a developer on hackathon and we had to use a chatbot for our idea. We were looking at Typeform and Google dialogflow first but it seemed complicated since we had just 1 day. Then we found WotNot and I gave it a try. We had just one day to prepare (write the code) for our hackathon idea and I was gladly surprised how easy I was able to integrate with WotNot. It's a lowcode tool but I also can write whatever logic I want on my side. Deploying new version of chatbot was also very quick, literally just 1-2 clicks of the buttons. I tried just free demo version and here is what I disliked:

1. Once I added an endpoint of my App for deployment I couldn't find how I can change it

2. Even though that mostly it's very intuitive it still would be nice to have documentation on how to use it. I remember that I spent some time to find out how we should refer to my custom variables in their code (it was something like #myVarName that was a little bit unexpected for me because I am a javascript developer) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
