Secondly, the possibilities to build bots are abundant. You have many options, but some are behind the paywall. Nonetheless, you can start without them, and when you see potential ROI, you should subscribe. In short, enough to test on a free basis and many more on a paid basis. Third, the dashboard for messaging is very clear and very familiar. No need to get used to a new interface, it looks like a stripped-down mail client, and that's great. Besides that, you have analytics to go about, multi-channel configurations, and even Facebook and WhatsApp for business integrations. **What do you dislike about WotNot?** The pricing from free to paid subscription is pretty steep. I would've loved a step between those to upgrade at a slower pace based on your needs. You won't need all of them when you start, but on the way, you will need more. **Recommendations to others considering WotNot:** Consider what you need from it and weigh in if you want to go paid subscription or if you can get by with the free plan. My advice would be to start with the free plan until you get it rolling correctly. Adding a chatbot these days is not a big thing. Platforms usually offer a readymade template that hundreds of other companies are using. With WotNot, they focused on designing a tailor made conversation flow that was specifically for us and the audience that we cater to in our geography. Their product is well-built and have a really nice interface to build bots. Although, we ourselves rely on WotNot to do the building / optimization, but the interface is quite simple and easy to use. The webchat interface is really impressive! We generated a good number of leads and the we noticed a jump in conversions as well. WhatsApp Business API integration is pretty neat, and can ship a whatsapp chatbot in less than 20 minutes, thanks to the intuitive flow builder. Can't end this without speaking about 'Live Chat' and human-agent takeover - it comes really handy when talking to our customers on WhatsApp! **What do you dislike about WotNot?** Integrations are something I felt lacking in the platform. Having native integrations with multiple platforms will make the builder's job easier. Listing them below - Building the bot: It is pretty easy to build a bot through the bot builder. It has a drag and drop feature which is very easy to use and build the bot within no time. - The Dashboard gives really useful insights. Analytics is upto the mark and helps in tracking the goals and metrics. - Scheduled Reports: It is pretty easy to schedule the report and the same will be shared via email. I do not need to log in to the tool to access my reports. Reports can be scheduled at a daily and weekly level. - Live Insights: I get to see the live status or insights on who all are having active sessions with the bot. It also allows me to take over the conversation if I feel there is human intervention required. Easy transition from Bot to Human. - Support Services: Support service from the team is too good. The team not only supports in case of issues, but they also help you in building bots. Team is always available to resolve any issues raised. **What do you dislike about WotNot?** Though the product is good, there are some minor things here and there that needs to be focus on and solved. - When the flow is huge, the bot builder starts to lag a bit. - At times, it misses out on collecting the user's contact details. - Speech to text option is not available. I might not type everything and prefer to just speak and let the machine take care of it.
