**What do you like best about WOTC.com?**

The site is easy to use and the representatives are responsive.

**What do you dislike about WOTC.com?**

Because we have two companies, the new hires are not necissarily put under the correct company. Which we are told doesn't make a difference, but i have two HR coordinators who are validating the information (one for each company) and it gets confusing for them to trouble shoot the issues.

**Recommendations to others considering WOTC.com:**

Yes.

**What problems is WOTC.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

capturing those employees we can receive tax credits for and validating those credits.
