Automatic enter while scanning is a plus. **What do you dislike about WorldShare Management Services?** Discovering patrons can be better. Also adding new patrons is a hassle everytime, I suggest there would be an option on the main circulation page would help. Sometimes stops working, have to open it again in a new browser. An interloaning option can be added. **What problems is WorldShare Management Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its does the job. We use it mostly for in-library circulation.
