Worldox works as a cloud that consolidates documents and emails into one. I like that the software itself is very clear and easy to use, especially when looking up documents. Additionally, the process to save documents is good because the "metadata" when entering what the name of the document is, what kind of document, as well as the client makes it very easy to use.
