Worldox allows our practice to easily manage our vast collection of documents throughout the firm. Its integration with our various software programs (Notably MS Office Suite) allows our users to be able to save documents directly into the platform. It allows for multiple layers of organization including profiling files by client, matter, doc group, doc type, author, versions, comments, relationships, projects and applied custom categories. This along with an OCR based search tool allows our users to easily locate files in document intensive cases or throughout the firms entire database. In particular it works extremely well with Outlook and is very accurate when saving emails in predicting how it should be profiled based on its content & similar recipients/subjects to help speed up the process which as users of other programs know is tedious but necessary. There are a few issues we have come across in relation to preference of functionality within the platform that we have brought to the attention of their support team at a Worldox Users Conference and we were able to have some issues resolved immediately and a few others put onto a client wish list for future roll-outs. The main function we would still like to see is that there is no way to use filters conjunctively but instead only like an OR search which produces more documents and narrows significantly less than an AND search. Granted these searches are still able to be done via the search tool, just not in filters at this time which can speed up navigation while working within a large matter. Regardless we are very pleased with the overall functionality as well as Worldox's commitment to quickly addressing and implementing our suggestions and requests. Support is not the best. A lot of times it takes several emails back and forth (and so several hours of time), with the tech giving you the run around, before you can get them to actually take a look at the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Worldox is a stable document management system (DMS). Support is always quick and most of the time able to solve our issues. Easily find files with text search, DOC ID number or any other profile information. Ethical walls and system administration are pretty intuitive. GX4 doesn't have the capability to easily share files with clients. We can email the documents, but no Extranet at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
