It helps in providing a preview of your document into full letter size so that you don’t have to scroll your document for reading. It is lacking various cloud-based features. It needs some skills to use it. You have to dedicate a resource if you want to manage large organizational processes through it. It should be installed on your servers. It does not allow editing text as it will provide your PDF documents like images. It does not help in searching for most of your documents. I do not like how the connection between microsoft office and Worldox prevents you from being able to open things on the desktop that are not saved in worldox. For example, when I want to attach something to an email, I have to drag and drop in order to attach anything that is not saved in worldox. Also, when you save a folder for example, you cannot open it up later on without it being completely linked to worldox (I needed to make a zip file of documents in a folder to be emailed and I could not export the folder into a normal format, I had to save each document to my desktop individually and create a new folder which was very inconvenient). Worldox is very intuitive and allows efficient storage based on clients and matters. It also has an excellent search engine that allows to find files based on such info as who created the filed, time range, type of the document, etc., without file name itself. It insists on saving literally anything you open in other apps or download from the internet, or even just upload something straight from my Desktop, and there's no way around it except when, say, the browser doesn't integrate with Worldox. Sometimes it's not very easy to search. Also, the fact that it ALWAYS prompts you to use worlddocs when adding an attachment can be frustrating. For example, if I'm creating a flyer in Word and I want to add a clip art from the internet, it doesnt work.
