It is very easy to operate and the customer service is really good.

**What do you dislike about WORLD FIRST?**

I really can't find any downside, maybe sometimes transfers don't go through but that can happen with any other.

**What problems is WORLD FIRST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is easy and quick to use. very user freindly
