**What do you like best about Workwize?**

User interface, it's friendly and very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Workwize?**

When products get unavailable they just cannot be added in the order (which is fine and reasonable) but it would be nice if we got notified about that. We usually notice only when we need to make an order and then we need to request a different product which then takes more time.

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management across the globe and storing our equipment.

**What do you like best about Workwize?**

 What stand out the most is Workwize's ability to centralize and automate the provisioning and tracking of IT assets across multiple countries. The integration with our HR system(HiBob) and MDM(Jamf) created seamless workflows. We also appreciate the intuitive dashboard that gives real time visibility into asset status

**What do you dislike about Workwize?**

Sometimes courier pick ups for returned devices are slower in LATAM and pairs of APAC, Also, the customization of the employee storefront is somewhat limited. We'd love more branding options and control over regional catalogs

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a remote friendly way to equip employees without delays or compliance risks, employees now get what they need fast and the admin load on our operations team has dropped significantly

**What do you like best about Workwize?**

We’ve hooked up HiBob and Jamf to Workwize, and now everything just works. New hires get their stuff automatically, and offboarding happens without anyone from IT getting involved. The self-service shop is great too – people can order what they need without pinging us all day.

**What do you dislike about Workwize?**

It’s not the most mobile-friendly tool. I can do approvals on my phone, but it’s a bit clunky. A proper mobile app would be a big win.

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don’t waste time tracking who has what anymore. Everything’s in one place, and returns actually happen on time.

**What do you like best about Workwize?**

It connects smoothly with Workday and Okta, which saves a ton of manual work. I like that it handles returns, certified wiping, and tracks sustainability impact. It’s made our IT and procurement teams work way more efficiently together.

It can get pricey if you manage a lot of devices or regions.

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve standardized how we buy, ship, and recover stuff across all our regions. It’s saved us money and headaches.

**What do you like best about Workwize?**

What I like best about Workwize is the centralized governance of all our IT assets globally. The platform offers full traceability which is crucial for our internal audits and ISO 27001 compliance.

**What do you dislike about Workwize?**

While their supplier network is excellent in Europe and North America, there have been a few delays when shipping to the Middle East.

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workwize has helped us eliminate spreadsheet-based tracking and manual procurement. Previously, onboarding new hires in different countries took weeks and multiple vendor touchpoints. Now, it’s streamlined and auditable.

The UI is straightforward and easy to manage

There were some bugs in some of the pages like in asset management some machines appear as some other asset

**What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with the challenges in onboarding/offboarding employees and with the logistics of sending and retrieving units. Workwize makes it easier for us to manage these.

**What do you like best about Workwize?**

Workwize provided us with a great account rep. They had a great attitude and were always helpful. The people really are fantastic. The services provided also worked well within the US.

**What do you dislike about Workwize?**

Implementation took months longer than anticipated. Services provided globally very rarely met the assured SLA, let alone averaged it. We would sometimes have to opt to deliver from an in-country retailer after our orders would have delayed shipment or not arrive on time. We are talking weeks delay. The portal would not provide any meaningful updates so we would constantly have to pester our account rep. Device collection and destruction on a global scale was painful. We had consistent struggles with device delivery and collection outside of the US. If you are trying to use these services in the EU, Australia, India, or South America you should wait until their product and processes are more matured.

Workwize was brought on to help us with global hardware delivery and collection.
