**What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?**

Feature depth is real. PestPac was built for pest control and it shows in routing, scheduling, and the mobile workflow. For an operator running a single steady business with no anticipated changes, the platform does most of what it claims.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

WorkWave's billing operations do not honor their own executed Transfer Request form. Our predecessor business was acquired in early 2025 and we used WorkWave's official tri-party Transfer Request — signed by buyer, seller, and consented to in writing by WorkWave — to transfer all rights, obligations, and data into the buyer's existing WorkWave account. The buyer's account is paid in full and current. WorkWave nonetheless continued to invoice the dissolved seller entity for post-transfer periods and then sent the seller to commercial collections. Their stated rationale is that the customer "called to cancel" months after a transfer they themselves consented to. Documentation provided multiple times has not been acknowledged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Pest control operations management — when nothing about your business structure is changing.
Recommendations to others considering the product: Read your contract's transfer and termination clauses carefully. Get any business-structure change confirmed in writing by WorkWave's legal/billing team, not just sales. Don't rely on their Transfer Request form alone to actually update their billing system.

Not many that you can't find on other service programs.

I like that it is easy to make a schedule for the week and not to many steps that you have to go through to get to what you want to do, At our job, we use best pac daily and it is a great tool. I find that it is very easy to use as well and doesn't take too long to learn the website.

I do not dislike anything about PestPac by workwave.

I like the user-friendly experience of PestPac. I enjoy utilzing many of the features for learning the system, such as "Help for this Page."

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

I dislike the recent changes made without notice of what is happening in real-time. Fields have changed positioning, formatting, color and functionality. Reports have moved without notification of change, such as the Appointment List. I dislike that PestPac logs me out constantly admist workflows.

Not much anymore. Lots of issues with getting the information you actually need out of their system.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

They steal from their customers by withholding payments and refuse to support small businesses when their struggling. Yet, this corporation makes $400 million profit. They are corporate thieves. Same as the Felon 47.

They steal money from the small businesses they supposedly support. They arecorporate thieves.

**What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?**

Pest Pac is always growing to get better.  I have been using Pest Pac since 2003 and have seen it grown into what it is today. Very ease to use and the Customer Service is always very helpful and pleasant to deal within.  I normally get an answer within 24 to 48 hours.  We use Pest Pac each day and working to add more features.  We have just started using the Bundle and it is great, also looking forward to working in Sales Center after the first of the year.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

At the moment the only downfall I see is the new password restrictions.  16 digits is too many.  I would like to see it changed back to 8 to 12 digits as a password.

We are having issues with Lead Management, but the engineering department has been on top of it to fix the problem.

**What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?**

I love the ease that helps me commincate with my customers about their account I am able to explain 99 percent of everything to my customers witht he Guidance from PESTPAC. I get great customer support. I am able to use everything in pest pac every single time with ease such as when needing accomedations with billing, or cancellations, or tasking to get a task done. I use pest pac 5 days a week for 8 hours a day. this makes my job so much better to do!

I think I dislike not one thing about pestpac!

Any questions with Billing, Canceling and activating account. I am about to task to other employees and work as a team.  Provide customer informtaion with their account when authorized.

I feel that PestPac is pretty user friendly and easy to navigate even for someone with not a lot of experience.

The issues with billing and time it takes to have issues resolved.

The way accounts are set up and how to read them when it comes to service setups.   It is benefitting me as I am supervisor in call center and is making the CSRs understand accounts better.

As an Operations Manager, I need to be able to look at my team and their status at anytime of the day. The pestpac calendar is dependable and very easy to work with. Its editable and i have yet to see a software have a better calendar than Pestpac. Also, the mobile app is very dependable.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

I feel like the there could be a better forms module or help from workwave in creating customer forms. Better templates that allow it to be used by smaller companies who dont have subject matter experts in form creation.

Pestpac has always worked on its communication modules and the communication center is a huge advantage. Customers love to text.

What I find most helpful is being able to see everything now, before the font was in bad colors and small text hard to read, it is more user friendly now.

What I dislike the most about pestpac is that it sometimes does not credit the invoice you are trying to credit it but it makes an additional invoice and puts the balance as a credit.

Its is allowing me to keep track of what invoices are outstanding so I can collect on money owed.

- quick and easy to use, allowing automatic reports right after service to customer. Data and trend analysys for charts and our audit and quarterly reports. Adding as many pictures as needed when creating reccos (conditions) for client to follow up.

Open recomendations or conditions' pictures are not automatically included each service following a condition creation. We need to remeber to select the circle of the attachment to resend it.

Overall it is the most complete software for all phases of the pest management industry. From routing residential routes to maintaining detailed records for food processing plants.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

My biggest complaint with Pestpac is the CRM aspect of it. It's extremely frustrating to have to copy and paste email messages to customers accounts.

Regarding our companies current issues they are working on resolving credit card processing issues. Three years ago we started with monthly payments for our customers and it has skyrocketed. Unfortunately processing the credit cards has an issue that PestPac is working on now.

The folks at workwave that help make this antiquated system work in the modern world.

Multi unit module that we pay extra for cuts off our technicians comments in a unit inspection summary report. Pestpac mobile has a lot of limitations.

Pestpac created a custom API for us to pull information into our own database and create our own log book and heat map.

Pest park has a great features for your business and being able to report and do what needs to be done to individualize your experience per client. they're always more than happy to help. Every time I've reached out to Work wave I've gotten the answers that I need to help with my current issues.

Some things we can't make sense of. I've gotten all my answers taken care of but that's not the case for most people and I think that would be the downfall.

Being able to schedule and reschedule appointments quickly. And it makes it easy to review service reports and release orders.

The documents section for accounts. When uploading documents you almost always need to select "show portal". And when you click it the whole page refreshes

I use PestPac everyday and in my opinion what's most helpful to my position is the report pulling. It makes it so much easier to send inovices to customers. Customer support has been very helpful when its needed.

At times, it can be a bit slow, but it usually picks back up within a couple minutes.

I haven't noticed many problems with PestPac that directly affect my position.

One of the best thing about using PestPac is using their scheduling features, especially the Service Set-Ups for Re-occuring services. We have been able to create custom service set-ups for seasonal pests like Mosquitoes and Yearly Termite Renewals. PestPac has many reports to use for measuring services, technician production, receiveables, these are just a few to mention.

PestPac has come far with using their updated Route Optimimazation.

Route Optimaization and Scheduling Features are extremely important to our day to day operations.

The abundance of tools and how they integrate with each other. The report generating that is available. Easy to use and navigate in general.

Best Fit is not accurate 100% of the time. My team and I often have to go back and look at an appointment before offering it through Best Fit to make sure that it makes sense.

Pestpac has been great for our company.  We are able to use it for both termite and pest control which makes it very convenient.  It is also very helpful that we are able to process credit cards and ach payments as well.  We have tried several different programs and Pestpac by far has been the best.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

The few downside of Pestpac is not being able to integrate the customers directly into Quickbooks for the billing portion.  The search engine can also be glitchy as it doesn't always pull up the customers.

I have used PestPac for over 13 years with small companies and corporations.  This software is easy to use.  This software can be utilized as minimally or as in-depth as you choose.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

I feel that for reporting, all fields in the location, service setups and/or bill to's should be searchable.

**What problems is PestPac by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issues are lack of route efficiency.  With Route Op/Best-fit, this is a major help.  Also communication center has been a fantastic asset.  Now we don't have to have separate applications for two way texting.

I love being able to create reports in the report gallery, so I don't have to remember all the options every time; it does it for me. We've used PestPac for the at least the last 7 years. Back then, it was a littler confusing to learn, but I feel its very user friendly nowadays.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

The only complaint I have is visual. I would like to be able to change the color scheme in the settings like we used to be able to. Some days my eyes just don't work as well as others, and the colors are hard to see.

Pest Pac does everything for us, from Sales all the way to Payments. Start to Finish. Lead Management helps us get our agreements signed and entered; we wouldn't accomplish anything without that.

I find the consolidation of everything in one place very valuable. Being able to view appointments, contracts, GPS information and having a helpful answering service, that is really more like an extension of the office than an answering service, is something that you just can't find elsewhere. In addition to all of that, customer service is extremely accessible and helpful.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

I wouldn't say I dislike much of anything. I would love for there to be more ability to build out different user experiences, For example, if we could tailor our view of pestpac to our needs versus what a different company may need. There is a great deal of personalization now, but more would be amazing. This, again, isn't really a dislike, just more of a perfect world wish.

Easy communication with customers is a big part of how PestPac helps us. With Slingshot, call ahead and the customer portal, there are so many efficient ways to communicate with out customers and PestPac is consistently working to improve and expand those communication avenues.

Pest Pac is great for creating and scheduling orders. Technicians get their routes created and can be viewed on a handheld device. The routing software efficiently creates monthly schedules.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

Pest pac is not as customizable as some other software, it is especially limited as a CRM (not that it claims to be a fully functional CRM) as compared to Salesforce. The report writer uses a not too common reporting engine (Exago?) that takes some getting used to.

Whenever we've had issues, customer and software support has done good job of getting those resolved for us. This helps us take care of our customers, especially their accounts payable departments!

What we like best is that we can customize PestPac for how we run our business.  They have always been able to assist us in setting up our scheduling, billing and reports for mosquito misting, seasonal services like cricket programs, one-time services with follow-ups and general pest and termite services.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

PestPac is a challenge to learn.  They are so dynamic that they can work for any size business, and that is both fantastic while sometimes being a challenge.   The cost of additional services (modules) gets expensive over time as our company grows.

**Recommendations to others considering PestPac by WorkWave:**

All systems have their strengths and weaknesses. We even started the process of changing systems, but the alternative system could not handle the multiples service frenquencies we had at the time.  We have found when we have challenges, doubling down on training gets us where we need to be.

Collections management, going paperless, customer portal API capabilities, "Forms", (digital agreements for design to customers) and strong reports and dashboards have kept us on the cutting edge of our industry.

Lots of different ways to schedule appointments. Prints lots of reports with excellent data. Easy to track products, time spent, value of services, etc.

I wish it was easier to duplicate appointments. Like if a customer needs a follow-up 4 days in a row or 3 customers all need the same type of appointment, it would be great if there was a way to make multiples of the same appointment.

Pestpac is an incredible tool- its helpful when you are scheduling with distance, keeping your technicians in an area.  It helps to keep structure to an area and cut the cost for the company with structure.

I can't think of anything right off that is disappointing about PestPac- I enjoy it and love teaching my coworkers how to use it.

The benefits are incredible.  Pestpac houses all of your business needs if you use all the functions that it has.  It allows us to keep our technicians in the field prepared for the work they are doing - keeps the billing in check, the reports are endless, giving credits are simplified, distances from job to job is easy, ensuring all of our business is in one place has been extremely helpful across the board.

We are keeping better records,better billing is in place- instead of paper- Pestpac has helped minimize loss of revenue.  We have realized how Pestpac has helped track our technicians through the GPS- it helps us guide them to their jobs when we can see the street view—sending invoices through email - checking growth at a glance- and knowing where we need to increase staff.  Pestpac has allowed us to better use our time and develop more of a system than what we had years ago.

The absolute ease of running payments. We have gone from spending 2+ hours a day to completing our daily payments within minutes. The processed/decline notifications make this an outstanding product. We are no longer waiting for a pending status and can confirm with our bank accounts right away that the balances match.

**What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?**

That an ACH payment made online gets processed as a CHECK. If this could be processed within a credit card batch as an ACH and not a check, we could free up some monitoring of the batches release and allow newer employees the freedom to release batches. Honestly, this is not a big deal but a slightly annoying feature.

**Recommendations to others considering PestPac by WorkWave:**

Making changes when processing such sensitive information can be a big jump. Still, when the customer service is top-notch, the product is integrative, and the features are easy to use, there is no second thought. This product continues to prove to be the best.

**What problems is PestPac by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many problems are solved. We have opened up and bridged the gap for our clients in viewing their accounts and service history vs. payment history. No longer are we needed to assist in making payments or answering payment questions constantly. Everything is genuinely streamlined and has a quick and satisfying result. Running reports and finding the charge source when entered incorrectly is also much more accessible than ever. A trainee can learn the process for payments and their reports in 1 week rather than several months as with previous products.
