It's a clean interface and makes it easy to post mass communications to our team members, when the majority don't have work-issued computers. There is a lack of ease for some automations (there are some but all done via SFTP or API and not in-system), however, Workvivo is constantly working on new product releases and listening to their customers. To my understanding my ask of automations for spaces for several months (along with a few other customers) was what ultimately led to their initial development of it.
