One of the standout features that I truly appreciate is the shout-out feature, which allows for celebrating individual achievements and contributions effectively. This feature not only provides recognition to team members but also significantly boosts morale by acknowledging their hard work. The spaces feature allows for more efficient communication e.g., rather than have numerous 'request for accommodation emails' you can join an 'accommodation' space on workvivo. We share ideas and posts, which help me resolve daily life problems. I like the smooth and friendly user interface and the ease of use. I use Workvivo for work and it's been very helpful. I love how it's easy to access everything I need thanks to its organized structure, making it easy for me to find what I need right away without having to search a lot. With just a few clicks, I can check my email without signing in, and everything is available with a touch of a button. I use Workvivo to share my work achievements, customer feedback, travel moments with colleagues, and to endorse team members for their values. I also rely on Workvivo for its space feature, which allows me to find the latest supplier list and HRM information without any worry about changes. The spaces feature is great as it lets me add space for specific people based on interest, which is amazing. I like the option to endorse people for the values they follow right on their profile without making announcements, and others can still see it. This provides a convenient way to encourage people. I always enjoy solving puzzles, and the daily Wordle puzzle is a delightful way to start my day with a problem-solving approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workvivo? User engagement is not that good. Should do something to attract a larger percentage of employees to the platform, so it feels like an inclusive platform and not the platform for selected people. We should be able to invite people via email to engage in posts. People who are actively engaged should get badges, the badges are there but it should be more. It effectively fixes communication barriers and gaps, enabling me to express my feelings through posts and commend my favorite people. The platform's convenience stands out as one of its best features. I particularly enjoy using the shout and poll features, which give me the ability to poll for preferences like favorite colors and logos for team apparel, as well as participate in surveys for goodies and gifts. Additionally, the initial setup process for Workvivo was awesome, making it very seamless to get started.
