Adding some funny team games would be a great way to make the platform even more exciting for everyone. I like that Workvivo provides options like news feeds and the 'awaiting your responses' section. It helps employees see what's going on in the company, what their priorities are for the day, and what they might have missed. Also, the newsfeed is a great section where I can see what's happening in the company, observe what employees are doing, and find how I can contribute towards their work. I like the interface of Workvivo; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use. You can easily find all the manuals and guides on the left and news on the right, which means you don’t have to do a lot of clicks just to access something. I also appreciate how it keeps me informed about everything, like company news, events, and resources. It's handy for reviewing certifications and staying updated with all the Human Resources documentation. Workvivo keeps all important documents in one space and allows real-time updates for the entire corporation. The setup was pretty easy. I would say that it has so many things in one place, on the front screen we see employees' family assistant, upcoming events, stock quotes, information from the cybersecurity team, links, the last post of the company on LinkedIn, explore careers, and then all the links for all HR forms.
