WorkVine is a Dutch HR and employee platform for healthcare, professional services and public-sector employers. It connects employee records, recruitment, scheduling, time tracking, leave and absence management, documents, communication, training and development in one system. HR teams, managers and planners use the Office App, while employees access schedules, requests, documents and updates through web and mobile apps. A Location App supports on-site processes where configured. Roles and permissions control access to employee information. Recruitment, onboarding, reviews, training and follow-up tasks remain connected to the employee record. WorkVine supports payroll preparation and integration with payroll systems; payroll calculations and payslips remain in those systems. The platform is available in Dutch and English, with application data maintained in configured European Google Cloud environments.
