The ability to be able to share and distribute work equally among all the employees or agents is quite a neat feature. The UI can get a bit confusing for new users, I wish the developers use buttons instead of lists for menus. Also we need a themed UI or maybe a custom UI option for new users. We use it in our organization for working together in a common project and being able to contribute equally and the ability to see the progress of the project together is really something that's benefitting us. The appearance of Worktile is displayed neatly and efficiently for any individual with any level of use. I enjoy the easy scroll options between groups of work to find as soon as needed. Worktile is practically only based in China, and the language settings are set to English, but mostly everything remains in Chinese for foreign users, limiting the individual's usage. Worktile has allowed scheduling, planning, organization, task management with checklists, reports, approvals, and kept up drives in one convenient application.
