The app is very user friendly and has an ease of implementation and easy to navigate. Plus Bradley Harris is a true professional and genuinely nice guy who truly is a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment and senior living industries. His customer service efforts have really created such a great working relationship. WorkTaps has been frequently used to help us to close the gap in our recruitment efforts bringing in at least 50% of our new hires through direct employee referrals through WorkTaps. **What do you dislike about WorkTaps?** Nothing that I can say to improve.
