Worksuite is an all inclusive platform that smoothens the management and performance tracking of the external workforce. It makes the whole life cycle of freelancer services to be simple while being effective. It has a dashboard and UI that is easy to operate and it also allows collaboration. I would like to see more improvisations and flexibility in the customization of various aspects in the dashboard e.g more options for customizing user(freelancer) profiles among others. Worksuite can prove to be a step to far for individuals who are not tech savvy and they may need time to learn this tool which may be an inconvenience. The pricing of worksuite is a little bit higher than that of similar tools and I think this can be reviewed. One of the biggest differences for our organization is that Worksuite helps keep everything in one place. You don’t have to run and chase things down. You’re organized, and able to look ahead to figure out what contractors are needing or wanting – you have everything right there at your fingertips. Initially, I noticed some of the search features were not optimal. The upside to that is the Worksuite devs are always working to improve your experience. I think using Worksuite to onboard W2 employees creates a direct line between Atrium and our team to give us a transparent view of how someone was onboarded, when, and why. In our Production department, I am often onboarding folks for a few months at a time and while I can look to see when an individual is available, or see when several people are currently available, there is no visual way to see when an entire group is available over a long period of time. I like the automation of the workflow. We use it to onboard writers and with the help of WorkSuite, we have managed to reduce the time it takes to onboard candidates and freelancers by up to 70%. It did take a little while to work out how the worklflows work and it sometimes is not as clear when someone clicks one button, what the next stage is.
