What do you dislike about Worksuite? For vendors who are not tech savvy, or do not like using computers, it can be difficult to get them set up in the database without a lot of intervention. A lot of our vendors are older or have never gotten paid to do workshops at a library before so it can seem inequitable to force them to use tech they are unfamiliar with. Our vendors are now open to all library branches, and payment, invoicing, updates, information etc is universal and transparent throughout the district.
