Their professionalism, communication, and how friendly thee staff is! What do you dislike about Workstreet? Honestly, I can't think of anything at this time I dislike about Workstreet; the experience has been nothing but positive! When we decided to head down the SOC 2 compliance route, we knew there was no way we could handle this process entirely ourselves. As a company who was already utilizing Vanta, Workstreet was recommended and after an introduction to Travis - I knew it was the right team to select for our vCISO services. The Workstreet team is extremely communicative, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They accelerated our timeline to receive our first SOC 2 Type 2 Audit in nearly 120 days from the time of signing. As someone who's gone through numerous years of SOC 2 Type 2 Audits; I couldn't have asked for a better partner! I highly recommend Workstreet to anyone needing vCISO services! We've been consistently impressed by the expertise, responsiveness, and communication style of our vCISO and the entire Workstreet team. We communicate primarily over a shared Slack channel and they also have access to our Vanta account, which has worked quite well for our team. When we run into a security or compliance-related question that is new to us, our Workstreet vCISO has been our go-to resource. Having their support has definitely saved us time, but beyond that, it's also given us more confidence and peace-of-mind in how we navigate increasingly complex requirements. They have helped us enhance our security and privacy processes and practices, and has helped us efficiently navigate the compliance requirements and vendor risk assessments and onboarding processes for our clients.
