Workstream can track the hiring process from start to finish and will pull applications from several platforms. **What do you dislike about Workstream?** I don't really have any complaints from Workstream. It seems more difficult to get higher level applications then entry level. **Recommendations to others considering Workstream:** Take time in setting up the positions you are looking for and be specific as possible. This helps in finding the right person and the right fit. **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workstream is helping us bring in applications that were not walking through the door. Covid-19 made a huge impact on hiring as well as the amount of applicants coming in person. This has allowed us to pull, interview remotely and begin hiring to fill our gaps and to build our bench during times that are very challenging. The system is easy to learn and navigate. ### 2. From applicant data, to communication all in one easy to use dashboard. **What do you dislike about Workstream?** There is nothing to dislike. The product is evolving and WS is very responsive to client feedback. **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before I used WS I was faced with too much data in too many places. I had applicants from different sources and was trying to organize them in a folder in my email making follow up a nightmare. Now I can easily track and monitor applicant progress for almost 30 positions in 25 cities across the US. ### 4. All information is streamlined and communication with candidates is easy and efficient. I love that a candidate can apply in the afternoon and I can get an interview scheduled and confirmed for the next day with only a few clicks. Workstream has eliminated all the back and forth. Customer support team is helpful and available. **What do you dislike about Workstream?** I haven't discovered any downsides yet. So far I have had no complaints. **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am often needing to hire 10-12 new people at a time for part time work. Before Workstream, I was spending hours and having trouble hitting my hiring targets. With Workstream, I am able to personalize my screening questions which helps screen potential hires without all the back and forth texts, phone calls and emails. I love how all contact information is in one spot. The platform makes it super easy to communicate with potential candidates. Workstream has SAVED me so much time! ### 5. This feature alone was a significant time savings for us and allowed us to shorten the number of hours a day spent recruiting. Workstream also rolls out new features every 60 days and seem to be responsive to adding things that would streamline recruitment further. Technical support was quick as well. **What do you dislike about Workstream?** Not much to dislike, although I wish I could set the calendars for each hiring manager myself instead of relying on them to do it, when building a new location and hiring process. As a feature, this would allow me to manage what each area supervisor was doing in terms of activity for recruitment. A report showing supervisor activity would be great, too. Oh, and being able to video interview candidates would be a good feature instead of third party software. That would make it so that we could be 100% remote hiring and not even need a supervisor to manage the process. **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were put in Indeed jail for having too many listings for too many locations we operate, which was our biggest source of new referrals for us. With Workstream, we were able to continue to list on Indeed PLUS hit more than a dozen other boards to generate new hiring leads. The software has excellent reporting capabilities so we could determine what job boards brought the most leads to us. And, we didn't have to sponsor listings to get better placement or candidates, so the savings were immeasurable in terms of cost savings to our enterprise, ### 6. As admin, I am constantly having to remind staff to sign off on their steps of work. **Recommendations to others considering Workstream:** It is an excellent software system for tracking & workflow management **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of losing work in the flow of papers. If I've ever had an issue or an idea of what would function better, it has been implemented which I appreciate as it shows Workstream values their clients. **Recommendations to others considering Workstream:** Do It! **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better applicants by far versus my last ATS. It is hard to find good skilled workers from just one site - people are everywhere. We love that workstream publishes on several different sites. A lot of the sites are free, and we always have the option of paying if the position is important or needing to be filled immediately. **What do you dislike about Workstream?** Nothing - honestly, its so user friendly. We've left and came right back! Nothing compared. **What problems is Workstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 10.
