The desktop platform is very well organized and easy to use, which makes it hard for a user to get "lost" or to get mixed up in various different channels, which is why my company switched over from Slack. It's super easy to do everything important from file sharing to sending out surveys to email. Seamless. **What do you dislike about Workstorm?** It says privacy is a huge thing, but not sure about if the privacy settings are actually significantly better than those of Slack, or other messaging apps.
