Engage by Confirm (formerly Learning Pool) Engage (formerly WorkStep), is an employee engagement and retention platform built for frontline workforces. It helps organizations hear what workers are experiencing, spot emerging risks, and act before small problems become bigger ones. Frontline employees do not always have the time, access, or inclination to complete an annual engagement survey. And by the time the results arrive, the moment may have passed.
