My company uses Workstem for scheduling, payroll calculation, and statutory requirements submission. What I like most is the synchronization of its scheduling function to the payroll function, where the over/undertime and leaves, especially the partially paid ones, are automatically calculated and shown in the payslip. Their system benefits the F&B business model, and their support team is awesome, which is crucial for addressing our urgent payroll timing questions. The initial setup was easy, although it involved some trial and error initially, which I found understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workstem? Its scheduling links to payroll for auto-calculating work hours and leaves accurately, providing convenience over Roubler and Talenox.
