**What do you like best about Workstars?**

Notifying other people of their performance, how they go above and beyond, and seeing the respect and recognition of good behavior is always positive. Nice to see people recognizing good instead of bad all the time.

**What do you dislike about Workstars?**

Downside is I don't use it enough. I should use it more, but the interface and how to interact with employees is fairly easy to use. Only dislike is not using workstars more

**What problems is Workstars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't see how the workstars programming is impacting our business. It's a recognition platform, but rewards don't sustain behavior, discipline and follow through does.

Could have more types of gift cards available.  Several aren't even in our demographic
