I like the opportunity to manage the project’s issue list and issues. Besides, it has a ton of plugin integrations which was very helpful for us. That is the way customer service professionals do their job as always helpful to customers. **What do you dislike about workspace.pm?** Sometimes the search can be slow when many unique cards are on the boards. There should be a way to organize numerous cards or sorting out cards in the list. **What problems is workspace.pm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enabled us to work with our peers and submit assignments on time. I like the fact that there is a mail notification of my activities. Boards are nice because we can have different lists like project ideas to-do lists and “in progress or completed”.
