It's very simple to use and looks just like Microsoft Outlook, which makes it easy to transition to - looks much nicer than other secure email alternatives. Ability to read and respond to emails when I am not in front of my work laptop. Ability to check colleagues' contact details whereas the previous tool that we used had limited ability. This app is supported by our IT department, so I have to use it in order to check email on my mobile device. It works better than a previous app we had from another vendor.
