**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

I liked how the comment section on the bottom of the invoice was a customer view side and the other side was internal only. It allows you to write a story from beginning to end and have notes stored about that visit that you could return back to if needed.

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

Once the invoice has been processed out you cannot go back in and add more notes that may have been missed. Also did not like how the invoice was laid out all in 1 category and can't seperate per service.

**What problems is Workshop Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't use workshop for too long so not completely sure of all the functions that were available to ease workflow, but no longer use Workshop so there currently are no benefits at this time. The customer support was there when needed but due to different time zones if the software was not working one of the days they were not open to be able to help resolve issues and could no longer use the software for the day until almost closing (when their main call in location was opening)

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

It helps a lot to manage the workshop. it reduces the paperwork and also operates all the daily tasks with help to save time. Its reporting and analytic capability are excellent for analyzing the task and designing the correct operation for the task

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

My team members say that it has fewer customization features and also some fells problems with the user interface as less interactive

It has helped us to eliminate the manual tracking system and automate the complete tracking g by removing the paperwork. By giving the appointment feature it allows us to manage the appointment and schedule the meet with our customer

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

The best thing about it, it manages the jobs, invoices, and quotes with the booking tool. It also communicates with customers with automatic SMS or email reminders. It has a great AI tool.

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

There really is nothing to pick on. The only hurdle is getting to know your way around the program but the more you use it the easier it is. Not every Feature will be relevant to every user but it's good to have an option.

**What problems is Workshop Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to operate more efficiently, with invoicing, etc, and emails and SMS . I also help me while tracking the project and the businesses

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

Partner integration is the best feature it provides. One-click to invoice is also a good feature. It is also available for mobile users, so there is no platform issue which is great.

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

Fewer product categories which is a huge negative. Customer support is sometimes unresponsive. Also, its overall pricing can be improved. The booking Dairy feature is pretty buggy.

**What problems is Workshop Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using its streamlined management for auto repairs and mechanical repairs. Also allows our workshop to run more efficiently. Its inspection tool is beneficial for customer retention

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

One of the best option to manage, optimize and automate the entire workflow. One can easily take control of the entire workshop process without any hassles and this helping in retaining more customers.

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

Integration with workshop stuff can be a bit of hassle at times. 
Also need to train the staff to use the software which again can be time consuming and need some attention of staff.

Automating the entire workshop process and keeping track of entire data. E.g. vehicle history
Integration with workshop stuff. E.g. Repci integrator
Retaining the customer vis sending sms.

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

I like being able to use a platform other than Square or Zoho to track the workflow of my business.  I also enjoy that I can import and export to QuickBooks seamlessly.  It is easy to customize and add inventory updates.

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

I am still exploring this software and have not found an issue yet.  I am still in the learning phase trying to figure it all out.

**What problems is Workshop Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to grow my business and keep track of bookings.  As I hire staff, I will be able to keep everything in one centralized location instead of using various programs.

**What do you like best about Workshop Software?**

Allows you to control the workflow of your workshop,you can control the stock and manage the invoice with the booking tool. The mobile app is also available and you can send automatic email remindr or SMS to the cutomers

**What do you dislike about Workshop Software?**

There are some integration issues with MYOB. It does not copy the description by example, you have to do it by using copy/paste for each product, you can't search for a previous specific report or customer information, reporting features are not clear enough, and you have to delete Chrome history when any problem happens in the program

**What problems is Workshop Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can easily find the products,search function works quickly and efficiently.Each customer has a history. The company listens to the customer's needs and gives appropriate update
