We use Worksection in our public organization to manage all projects. Before that, I had experience working with various products. But this one is great. What didn't like the difficulty to say, it's really hard. Perhaps you should add a time tracker that takes screenshots of the screen (popular for development), but at the same time it is the personal space of each employee. So really did not find minuses.
