What do you like best about Worksection?

A good project management system. We tried many things before settling on Worksection. The system has everything that other project management systems have. But in Worksection, what is there works well. There's nothing unusual about the Gantt chart, but in other systems, I couldn't use them the way I needed to. What do you dislike about Worksection?

Sometimes there is a lack of additional levels of subtask nesting. There is a lack of flexibility in calculating the cost of work (there is no possibility to set different hourly rates for different specialists for different projects). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Worksection?

Life with Worksection went easier managing all projects in one place. I like the function to jump between tabs: projects, people, reports, calendar.

I have a place where I can control people's vacations, add an hour rate and see the birthdays. Amazing!

Every month I do a report on the projects and it's easy to check the finance profit with hourly rate.

Our artists easily learned how to use it and every day push the button Timer. Easy!

"Simple and beautiful"

What do you like best about Worksection?

Early users of Worksection have the privilege of an unlimited number of users per account.

This saves a lot of time in management. In addition to the small API that the system provides and integration with slack + telegram, Worksection allows you to create very flexible and functional management processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksection?

What I don't like is that there is no built-in real-time messager with smart notifications, and no built-in video conferencing functionality. This slows down the communication process a bit.

But I'm sure that the system developers will add it soon.

It would also be very desirable to finalize the system for creating invoices, to add to it the ability to specify invoice details, and payment details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Worksection?

Quite an intuitive design that you could adapt for the needs of your team, in general, covers most of the expected features from such a tool, helpful synchronization with corporate email and team info dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksection?

There are still some features missing for organization with complex project management where many projects are interconnected with routine tasks of the team. It would be great to have better links to other tasks not only in gant mode but also in task description, preview of documents/links in description or comments, links between various tasks from different projects. What do you like best about Worksection?

As a manager, I like that tasks have a specific deadline (in hours), as well as priority. Convenient use of the Gantt chart, where we enter all active and ongoing projects! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

According to the employees, it's difficult to close the tasks themselves, it's very inconvenient to do so, which is why employees do not mark the completion of tasks during the day, but do it in one action at the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WS is the best service for project planning."

What do you like best about Worksection?

WS has a convenient interface, easy to use and powerful features: you can add projects, tasks, subtasks, move tasks between projects, manage people, there are reports, Gantt chart, Kanban, etc. We liked that tasks can be distributed within one department or between departments, control the execution of all tasks and their deadlines.
