Time tracker on a task is a very rare feature I was specifically looking for in project management software, and Worksection delivers.

Other killer features for me are tasks' filtering flexibility and ability to open tasks and read/write comments both in pop-up windows, as well as in separate browser tabs (two ways, depending on my current need).

The free version only limits the number of active projects, but nothing else, and it's free forever.

I used it entirely free for some time, rotating projects into "Archive" and back to stay within the limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an online system that you don't own, can't license, or host on your premises. You'll have an unpleasant time when you don't have internet access or if the company goes bankrupt one day.

On the other hand, the system has been around for a long time (I've been using it for 7+ years) and hopefully will be for many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm working at ABM Cloud as Senior implementation PM. At some stage of development we realized that we needed project management system. We considered few of them and decided to buy and implement Worksection. Few reasons:

1. You have "all in one" system. You have a kanban board (as Trello), you have a Gant diagram, reporting, visible priorities and delays, e-mail informing, restricted access for clients, file storage, communication and so on and so forth. Moreover, these things are interconnected!

2. Team. Support is very good, their help is fast & precise.

3. Pricing.

Convenient interface. Everything is as clear as possible. There is an option to connect third-party resources: calendar, Google services, and even Viber. Updates are always timely and appropriate. The support service works excellently! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't consider this a drawback, perhaps it's a feature of our company's work and it's a matter of system settings and access rights, but there is no possibility to close completed tasks. I have to ask the manager for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The system is very flexible: you can add tasks for multiple employees, add subtasks, move tasks between projects, add files, add expenses and spent time, add comments and reactions etc.

2. Very easy to use: one can cancel/edit/close tasks with a few clicks... My team (law business) has fully implemented Worksection in a week, which is extremely fast for lawyers.

A good project management system. We tried many things before settling on Worksection. The system has everything that other project management systems have. But in Worksection, what is there works well. There's nothing unusual about the Gantt chart, but in other systems, I couldn't use them the way I needed to. Sometimes there is a lack of additional levels of subtask nesting. There is a lack of flexibility in calculating the cost of work (there is no possibility to set different hourly rates for different specialists for different projects). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Life with Worksection went easier managing all projects in one place. I like the function to jump between tabs: projects, people, reports, calendar.

I have a place where I can control people's vacations, add an hour rate and see the birthdays. Amazing!

Every month I do a report on the projects and it's easy to check the finance profit with hourly rate.

Our artists easily learned how to use it and every day push the button Timer. Easy!
