Previously, I really missed automatic reminders about deadlines, clear distribution of tasks for the team and conducting dialogue in one place. Thanks to the use of Worksection, it has become much more convenient: the number of problematic untracked tasks has decreased, as well as the number of routine email correspondence has decreased.

In the specifics of CSO work, time and money trackers remained unused, and we also do not pay much attention to the indicators of the "Project overview" page - but this does not prevent our projects from moving to completion, and the team from being informed about project activities. Personally, I miss the optional ability to display specific working hours in the profile - like a schedule of "availability" at the workplace.
