If you have a team of instructional designers, it is also quite easy to collaborate. WorkRamp is a very easy to use and easy to learn system for training. It's really just an online learning platform but they have thought outside the box in terms of how to make content engaging. They have many features to help ensure that the learning is paying attention. They also have different types of learning tools through guides, challenges, resources, etc. We have built out an entire onboarding program on WorkRamp. As an admin user, I use workramp almost daily whereas we try to keep our learners time on WorkRamp limited to 1-2 hours per week (more for onboarding). The chat feature available for admin users, is amazing. They are so easy to communicate with when you have a question. Separately, I feel that WorkRamp cares about us as a customer and they value us as a partner - not just a customer which is hard to find these days! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. For example, we have implemented a coaching program in WorkRamp where users upload calls so others can then listen to those calls.
